HOTEL REGULATIONS

We are grateful for your visit to Puerto Vallarta and for your stay in Hotel Gaviota Vallarta. To guarantee a safe and pleasant experience, we kindly ask you to implement the following regulations. For further information please don't hesitate to contact us.

Room Payment

The hotel room must be paid upon arrival. If you wish to extend your stay you must notify the reception (subject to availability). Reception will issue a payment receipt. If an invoice is needed, you can request it upon arrival or one hour prior to check-out.

Check-in

Rooms are available at 3:00 pm.

Check-out

Must leave the room at 12:00pm.

Check-outs

An extra fee will be charged for late check-outs.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe Deposit Boxes are available to store your valuables, but the hotel is not responsible for any lost items.

Electricity - Volts

Electricity in your room is 110-120 Volts; the use of devices with any other type of connection, and overload of lines is forbidden.

Civil Liability Insurance

This hotel has a civil liability insurance according to the Mexican Official Standards NOM-07-TUR-2002

Damages by Visitors

All damages caused by visitors to the facilities will be billed to your account.

No Pets

Animals are not allowed in the rooms.

No Scandals

Overly obnoxious behavior is not permitted.

Hanging Laundry on Balcony

Hanging laundry on the doors, windows and guardrails is prohibited.

Swimming pool

Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area.

No Smoking

The hotel is a Smoke-free space. It is strictly forbidden by law to smoke in the facilities.

Guest

The hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation.

Leaving the Room

For your own safety and protection, keep the door and windows locked when leaving the room. Likewise, make sure to properly identify someone before letting them into your room.

Parking

Parking is totally free and has limited space (parking spaces cannot be reserved). When using the parking lot, place your car in an appropriate space. The establishment is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle or robbery.
